Introduction

At the age of 20, Thomas Meyer dreamed about a world in which people dressed differently. This was in the year 1984, the same year that Desigual was launched, as if to realise Meyer’s dream. From that point onwards, Desigual continued to spread positivity, original designs, and a fun, inspirational fashion culture.

Desigual’s fashion items extend from womenswear to menswear to clothes for kids. The design also produces unmistakable staples: accessories, shoes, items for living, sportswear, beauty items and more. Desigual distributes this collection through its 17 different channels, in 500 of its own and franchise stores, 8,000 multi-brand spaces and 2,500 corner concessions.

The place where it all started – Barcelona – is the team’s source of inspiration. This is where their headquarters are, the hub which creates fashion for the rest of the world…including Malta

Delivery:

Where?

Desigual only delivers to private residences or offices.

When?

Desigual’s delivery operates from Monday through Friday. During weekends or local holidays, no deliveries are made.

Deliveries are made during business hours. Thus, to facilitate delivery, you are asked to use that address where you or any other person are present during these hours to receive the package.

Charge?

Delivery expenses apply to each order. In no event will orders be sent to areas that require the payment of customs duties. For Malta, the delivery charge is that of €29.00.

Returns Policy

Return of Non-Conforming Products

As a customer, you have the right to return defective products or products which do not conform to what has been shown online. From the moment you detect the non-conformity of the product, you have 2 months to inform and return the product to Desigual.

If you return a product because it is defective or non-conforming and the return is approved, Desigual will refund the value of the product plus its delivery expenses. Desigual will also cover direct costs involved in the return, within thirty (30) days of Desigual’s receipt of the returned product.

Return of Products for Any Reason (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are not satisfied for any reason with the products purchased, you will have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product with no need to provide any explanation. You may return the purchased product, on the following terms and conditions:

  • The product has not been washed or used in any way (other than reasonable wear and tear from trying on the product).
  • The product is complete (different elements of one item must be returned together).

The product must be returned and as a customer, you must assume the expenses of this return. The products are to be returned with their original packaging and labelling, together with their own Returns Note.

Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned goods, Desigual will refund the price of the product within thirty (30) days of receiving the order cancellation and the return notification of the product from the customer. The delivery expenses are never refunded (except in case of wrong or defective items); the customer will also have to pay for the return expenses.

Product Exchange

At the moment, products cannot be exchanged. To re-acquire a product in another colour or size, you must return the original item and place a new order through the Desigual Website.

Return of Gifts

To return a product received as a gift, you should contact the purchaser and request their following of the return procedure. The refund will be made in the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment.

Desigual will not make the refund until they receive the returned product and verify the condition of the product in the warehouse; once the returned product has been thoroughly verified, the Customer will be refunded the relevant amount within thirty (30) days of receipt.
