ASOS Delivers to Malta!

With ASOS, you may cancel your order and get a full refund. Order cancellations
must be made in writing, addressed to the Customer Care, quoting your order
number. You should do this within 7 working days after you receive the goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you just have to return the
item/s to ASOS in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. ASOS will then
issue a refund on the receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour
according to your preference. It is important to note that delivery charges are only

The cost of returning the item to ASOS from Malta
The item until it reaches ASOS. For your own security, it is suggested that you
send the parcel from Malta using a delivery service that covers you for the value
of the items.
Please note that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to ASOS’
Warehouse, unless sent from Malta via special delivery.
If the item you received is faulty or if you received the wrong item, you just have to
contact ASOS’ Customer Care with:
1) your order number
2) your name and address
3) details of the product
4) the reason for return,
5) whether you require a refund or a replacement.
ASOS will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Once you receive the item,
you have 30 days to return it to ASOS.
It is important to make sure that you are not wearing any perfume or aftershave
which leaves its odour or marks on the items. ASOS will be unable to accept the
return of any item where it is evident that these instructions have not been adhered
to. With jewellery, prevent scratches by storing it in a non-abrasive box or pocket.
Make sure you handle with extra care, avoiding any excessive force.
The item must be returned from Malta in its original packaging with any relevant
documentation enclosed therein.
Delivery to Malta
ASOS delivers to Malta. If you make use of the Standard Delivery Service to Malta
on week days, you will receive your item within 9 days.
The cost of shipping to Malta using Standard Delivery service is free for orders over
€30.00. If the item costs less than €30.00, then the delivery cost is €3.00.
If you make use of the Express Delivery Service to Malta on working days, you will
receive your item within 3 days. The cost of shipping to Malta using Express Delivery
